Peter Susser is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Littler Mendelson, the nation's largest employment law firm with more than 600 labor and employment attorneys located in 42 offices across the United States. Mr. Susser has done much work in the area of disability discrimination law, and related leave and compensation statutes. He also is the author of two leading treatises on these subjects -- "Disability Discrimination in the Workplace" (BNA Books, Washington, DC), and the "Family and Medical Leave Handbook" (Thompson Publishing Group, Washington, DC).
