Naomi Levin
Special Assistant to the Vice Chair
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
Naomi Levin is a Senior Attorney and author of the
EEOC's Americans with Disabilities Act regulations. Ms. Levin is
currently a Special
Assistant and advisor to EEOC Vice Chair Leslie Silverman, and
was previously a Special Assistant and advisor to EEOC Commissioner
Reginald
Jones. Prior to that, Ms. Levin was a Senior Attorney in the newly
created ADA Division of the Office of Legal Counsel, where she
drafted the Commission's guidance on the ADA and health insurance,
worked
on the development of other ADA policies, and provided advice,
training, and technical assistance on ADA matters to individuals
with disabilities,
employers, attorneys, congressional offices, and the news media.
Ms. Levin received her law degree from the Washington College of
Law at the American University, and her B.A., in American Government,
from Clark University.
