Jerome D. Lyons is a Team Leader for the Department of Defense (DoD) Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP). Mr. Lyons has been a valued member of the CAP program for 9 years and has been involved with CAP Office management, acquisitions, program support, and presentation and marketing skills, with emphasis on technology for people with disabilities and workstation assessments.

Mr. Lyons is responsible for purchasing accommodations for individuals with dexterity impairments. He is also responsible for supporting and purchasing accommodations for several CAP Initiatives that include Workers Compensation Claimants, Telework/Telecommuting Participants, and the CAP Ergonomics - Healthy Work Practices Program (HWPP).

Prior to joining the CAP program Mr. Lyons served 12 year in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged. Mr. Lyons received numerous military awards and commendations, including the Joint Service Achievement Medal, Navy Achievement Medal and Good Conduct Medal with 4 stars.
