Beth Butler is a Vice President in Employment Compliance with Wachovia Bank and recently relocated to Wachovia’s Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she will serve as Disability and Accommodations Consultant for the company. Previously, Beth worked as a Senior Litigation Consultant, where she managed charges of employment discrimination for all lines of business. In April 2006 the Council of State Administrators for Vocational Rehabilitation presented Beth with an Inaugural Leadership Award at the Capitol in Washington D.C.. In 2003 Beth was appointed by Alabama Governor, Bob Riley, to serve on the Alabama State Rehabilitation Council. Beth currently serves as Co-Chairman of that council and Chairman of the Employment Sub-Committee. Beth served as Chairman of the Vocational Rehabilitation Consumer Advisory Committee of Birmingham, AL for four years. In April of 2004 Beth was elected to serve as the Southeastern Regional Representative on the U.S. Business Leadership Network Board of Directors.
