S. Antonio Ruiz-Quintanilla is currently a Senior Research Associate with the Program on Employment and Disability, New York School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University and Director and Principal Investigator of the Disability Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) - Northeast. Current research includes a project identifying demographic patterns and trends using EEOC data on charges filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, a study using person-centered practices to facilitate the successful re-entry of inmates with special needs into the community, and a study to assess the characteristics and proficiency of students with disabilities over time and across states. He has written over 50 articles and chapters and co-edited two books with Wiley.
