Anne Hirsh, M.S.
Services Manager, Job Accommodation Network (JAN)
Associate Manager, International Center for Disability Information
(ICDI)
As a twenty year service provider with West Virginia University,
Anne Hirsh, M.S., is the 2006 Laddie R. Bell Distinguished Service
Award winner for her national, regional, and local service to people
with disabilities.
Anne is the Associate Manager for the International Center for Disability
Information (ICDI), overseeing the daily management of 25 staff.
In addition, she is the Services Manager for the Job Accommodation
Network, which involves management of staff's quality of services,
national speaking engagements, organizational marketing, and strategic
development. She also presents training on all titles of the ADA
at national and regional conferences, and through distance trainings.
She is JAN's public relations liaison, acting as the intermediary
between staff and faculty with the public, press, and sponsoring
organizations.
Anne has a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational
Evaluation from West Virginia University and previously worked in
private rehabilitation before coming to the Job Accommodation Network.
