Tony Rizzotti is a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Department. Tony maintains a broad labor and employment practice including court and administrative litigation (class actions, discrimination, wage/hour, non-compete, trade secret, Sarbanes-Oxley), labor arbitration, collective bargaining, executive compensation and counseling. Tony represents clients in matters throughout the country. He conducts internal investigations on issues such as misappropriation of confidential information and sexual harassment. He provides day-to-day advice to clients on a broad range of issues.

Tony drafts and negotiates executive employment agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements and agreements relating to the assignment of intellectual property. Tony is also a member of the firm's Sports Law Group. His work in that area includes representing institutions and individuals in NCAA matters and drafting and negotiating employment agreements between colleges and coaches.
