Ms. Williams is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience leading and managing all facets of human resources management including diversity, workforce, and change management initiatives. Ms. Williams has held senior human resource management positions in a varierty of industries, including marketing and advertising, financial services, and retails.

Currently she is the Director of Diversity for Stop and Shop Company which is a retail company with 85,000 associates and 550+ store locations. As the Director of Diversity, Ms. Williams oversees all of the diversity efforts of the organization in all areas. In addition to her work responsibilities she is currently pursuing her MBA at Simmons College, School of Management.

During her tenure as VP of Human Resources at Hill Holliday, the company was honored as one of the Boston Business Journals Best Places to Work in 2003 & 2004, and was the recipient of Ad Club’s Rosoff Award for Diversity Efforts.
