Oswald "Oz" Mondejar is Vice President for Human Resources, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital; Senior HR Executive for Partners Continuing Care; and serves as Co-Chair of Massachusetts General Hospital's Council on Disabilities. He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of Human Resources experience across a wide spectrum of industries and operational environments.

Oz graduated with a Business Degree from Lesley University and began his career with Sheraton Corporation, through his participation in its Corporate Management Rotational Program. He subsequently held several posts for Sheraton including Director of Human Resources on its Executive pre-opening teams. Returning to his home state of Massachusetts, he joined The Willows at Westborough, Assisted Living Residences, and Beaumont Skilled Nursing Centers as their Director of Human Resources. This was followed by five years as Regional Director of Human Resources for Norton Company in Worcester, an International Industrial Manufacturing Company. Before joining Partners HealthCare System as Massachusetts General Hospital's Executive Recruiter/Manager of Disability Services he led the U.S. government's New England Region recruitment program for the Social Security Administration. For many years, he has also owned and operated his own small business.

When he's not working, Oz gets involved in the community; serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations that are focused on workforce and youth related initiatives. He is an appointed member of both the Massachusetts Governor's Commissions on Diversity and Employment of Individuals with Disabilities.

He has received several awards and recognition for his community work.
