Melanie Jordan has over twenty years of diverse direct human service experience. As a member of the Training and Technical Assistance team at the Institute for Community Inclusion at UMASS Boston Melanie has worked on numerous projects and demonstration initiatives focusing on successful employment of individuals with disabilities. She has presented trainings and workshops on a variety of topics locally as well as nationally. Her previous vocational roles have encompassed job development, job coaching, and case management. Melanie has also worked in special education, residential services, family support, and elder protective services.
