Kraus is the Director of Training and Dissemination at the Research
and Training Center on Personal Assistance Services based at the
University of California San Francisco. For the Center, he has
been conducting research into issues of workplace personal assistance
services and managing and producing the Center's website and newsletter.
As Vice President at InfoUse he has conducted research for 18 years
on issues related to people with disabilities resulting in, among
other products, several Chartbooks on Disability in the United
States, an award-winning CD-ROM and video training series on
personal assistance
services, and an award-winning CD-ROM encouraging students with
disabilities to pursue careers and encouraging employers to hire
people who
have
disabilities.
