Jeanne Goldberg, J.D.

Jeanne Goldberg is a Senior Attorney Advisor in the ADA Policy Division of the Office of Legal Counsel at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission headquarters in Washington, D.C.

She has conducted numerous disability law training sessions throughout the country for private sector and government employers, employees, attorneys, and human resource specialists.

Prior to joining the Commission, Ms. Goldberg was in private practice from 1990-1999, specializing in civil rights litigation. She has argued EEO cases before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and D.C. Circuits, and from 1996-1998 was an adjunct law professor at the College of William and Mary. She also served as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 1988-1990. She received her B.A. from Northwestern University and her J.D. from George Washington University.
