Jane Rath
EARN Program Director
Jane Rath brings a unique perspective – her career spans involvement
in two business-start-ups as well as extensive experience in disability
employment. Ms. Rath has served as a consultant for various federal
disability programs for over 15 years and is the project manager for
the Department of Labor Office of Disability and Employment Policy
sponsored Employer Assistance and Recruiting Network (EARN) project
which connects employers with workforce talent and solutions within
the disability community.
In addition Ms. Rath’s roles include/have included acting as
collateral representative as Project Director supporting employment
network recruitment and benficiaries oureach for the Social Secruity
Administration's Ticket-to-Work program; and providing program management
oversight for Project RSVP the predecessor to Ticket-to-Work. She has
also provided concept development and outreach support for the development
of a number of federal agency assistive technology centers including
the Department of Defense Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program
(CAP) and the Department of Agriculture’s TARGET Center. Prior
to arriving on the disability employment scene Ms. Rath provided program
management and consulting services to a range of clients including
Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies such as the Department of
Defense the National Security Agency and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
