Littler Mendelson
Gregory C. Keating has a broad range of experience litigating employment
disputes in federal and state courts and before the Massachusetts
Commission Against Discrimination. He also regularly represents management
in
labor issues, which includes advising clients during union elections,
representing clients during unfair labor practice proceedings before
the National Labor Relations Board, obtaining injunctions for clients
during employment and labor disputes, and negotiating collective
bargaining agreements. Mr. Keating represents a diverse spectrum
of clients with
particular experience in the areas of health care, education and
manufacturing.
Mr. Keating regularly counsels and trains regarding employment
law issues, and has lectured on various employment related topics.
Before joining Littler Mendelson in January 2004, Mr. Keating
practiced at Choate Hall & Stewart from 1993 until 2003.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Keating was a sixth grade teacher
at Dexter School in Brookline, Massachusetts.
