Susan Stoddard, Ph.D., FAICP is the Founder and President of InfoUse and Director of the PAS Center project on Workplace Personal Assistance Services, where InfoUse and JAN are partners with the University of California, San Francisco. Stoddard has an extensive background in employment for people with disabilities, working with the Rehabilitation Services Administration, the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, the US Department of Labor and Independent Living Centers.

The workplace PAS project is in the second year of work at InfoUse and JAN to 1) identify barriers and opportunities for workplace PAS 2) track legislative and policy changes affecting workplace PAS 3) conduct surveys of employers, consumers and rehabilitation providers and 4) identify best practices in the provision of workplace PAS.
