Jana L. Copeland, MNM

Ms. Copeland is the Training Coordinator and Employment Information Specialist, for the Rocky Mountain ADA & IT Center in Colorado Springs, CO. While with the Rocky Mountain ADA & IT Center, she has presented over 100 ADA-related training sessions covering topics including Title I of the ADA, Disability Etiquette, and Title II of the ADA to state and local government representatives, employers and business representatives, disability organizations, architects, and persons with disabilities.

Ms. Copeland is the author of the ADA Quiz Book, 3rd Edition and is the developer of such training materials and modules as Nonprofits & the ADA, Navigating the ADA (with Herb Covey of Colorado Department of Human Services), Marketing Your Clients with Disabilities, and HR Strategies for ADA Compliance. She has a Masters degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Denver, CO, and is currently working toward a PhD in Organization and Management.
