Exhibitor Information
Check the list of exhibitors which are currently registered.
Suppliers of accommodation goods and services are invited to provide
exhibit booths at the Symposium. These will be open from 10:00 a.m.
to 6:30 p.m. on Monday and 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As the
booths are in a public area, vendors may meet with participants at
other
times.
Continental breakfast and breaks are set up in the exhibit area
to provide better traffic. There is a exhibitor-sponsored reception
in the booth area from 4:30 p.m.
to
6:30
p.m. on Monday.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own security. They should contact
the hotel directly
for telephone lines, Internet access, and other special needs.
Exhibitors
are responsible for providing their own handouts and promotional
materials in alternative formats.
Exhibits may be set up from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September
19 and from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 20. Exhibits
must be cleared from the area by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21.
Registration for exhibitors is
$500 which includes one staff member. In addition to the benefits
received by participants, the exhibitor fee includes:
- one 8'x10' booth
with a table and chair
- continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunches both days.
- an hors d'oeuvres reception with cash bar on
Monday evening (in the exhibit area)
- a listing of the organization name and description in the symposium
proceedings
The fee for each additional exhibitor staff
member is $175. An additional 8'x10' space may be added to
an exhibit for $100.
If you cannot attend the symposium but would like to have materials
available for participants to pick up, you may arrange this service
for a fee of $50.
