Dr. Beth Loy is a Human Factors Consultant with the Job Accommodation Network (JAN). As a consultant, Dr. Loy specializes in ergonomics and accommodating individuals with motor impairments and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

She holds a Ph.D. in Resource Economics with a specialization in social policy. Beth also holds masters degrees in Economics, Industrial and Labor Relations, and Safety and Environmental Management.

Beth serves as JAN's webmaster and prior to joining the JAN staff, she worked for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Beth has been a speaker and presenter for various national and state organizations.
