9:00 - 10:15. Reasonable Accommodation and the ADA Process. This session will describe a method for implementing reasonable accommodation decisions by following JAN's five-step ADA Process. By highlighting EEOC Enforcement Guidance and relevant court cases, the trainers will address complex ADA and Rehabilitation Act issues related to implementing and maintaining accommodations in the workplace.

10:30 - 12:00. Accommodation Ideas for Employees with Learning Disabilities or Psychiatric Impairments. This session describes the types of limitations associated with learning disabilities and psychiatric impairments and examines accommodations for each. The presenters will use real life accommodation examples.

1:30 - 2:45. New Workplace Accommodation Challenges for the 21st Century. Recent controversies have developed involving asthma, deafness/hard of hearing, diabetes, fragrance sensitivity, hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, and vision impairments. The presentation will show how to manage changing accommodation needs.

3:00 - 4:30. A Visit with JAN's Motor Team. This open forum includes an overview and discussion for a range of upper and lower mobility impairments. It will address ergonomic-related solutions, reasonable accommodation, and ADA issues. The presenters will use real accommodation situations to demonstrate solutions.
