JAN Human Factors Consultants will provide a five-step model for accommodating individuals with disabilities in the workplace while implementing the employment provisions of the ADA and the Rehabilitation Act.
The session provides an interactive opportunity for ADA coordinators, human resource specialists, diversity managers and others involved in the employment process to explore EEOC enforcement guidance and key employment-related ADA court cases. The workshop will provide information to assist employers in making decisions that will enable the successful implementation of workplace accommodations.
